Screening
We read your application and your CV against the seat, not against a keyword list. You hear back either way.

Interview
A conversation with the person you would report to, about the work you have done and how you decide.

A practical exercise
A short piece of work close to what the seat actually does. We brief it properly and you own how you approach it.
- 04
A second conversation
We go through the exercise together, you ask us what you need to know about the firm, and we agree what happens next.
